I lost 25 pounds and I have had no problem keeping the weight off. The measuring devices are only part of a comprehensive portion control program. You also receive a 5-step eating program on DVD and an easy to use wall chart. What I like about the program is that I don't have to count calories and I can continue eating all of the foods I love and they provide the portion sizes. I have been on many diets in my life. I still don't know how to (quote, quote) diet. This seems very reasonable. I have been on it 10 days and lost 4 pounds. Pretty good.
